I found this post when i was trawling through google trying to speed up my own darn computer. Didnt actually fix the issue that i was googling to fix, but good read none the less. Sometimes i think it would just be easier to buy a spanking new computer then keep the one i have

don't forget about disk framentation too. your hard disk is the slowest component in your machine, so getting that optimized can have a big impact. When I want to speed up my computer , that's the first place I start.

I used to get these kind of errors but I just formated my computer! I wish I new this program before that!
